Social Media and Marketing Intern

Rosie Rosie is a modern brand focused company.  We are looking for a social media and marketing intern to help innovate our social media marketing, run social media campaigns across all platforms and find new partnerships with other like minded businesses and organizations. 

This position is a flexible role where outcome will be the biggest key indicator. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has no problem working when needed, is creative, has knowledge of social media marketing tools, is a go getter and is excited about growing a company from the ground up.  Rosie Rosie is a Chicago-based e-commerce company that sells ceramics and other handmade goods from independent designers across the globe. 

Focus Areas

• Assist with content development and strategy for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tiktok, Youtube) 
• Create content for website/journal
• Ability to drive results by monitoring engagement and customer response
• Research, launch and grow new social media channels
• Develop and execute plan for engaging influencers, affiliate networks or brand partnerships
• Assess performance of campaigns and partnerships against KPIs and be able to adjust and pivot.
• Test new content strategies to continually improve performance
• Manage multiple priorities at once

Experience

• Fluent in major social media platforms and eager to learn and test new platforms
• Ability to work independently and drive projects from idea to execution
• Past experience managing social media accounts a plus
• Existing network within influencer/partnerships ecosystem a plus
• Entrepreneurial brand builder with an eye toward current trends
• Ability to problem solve in multiple ways
